EARWORM

2025

"If there was ever an album that truly lived up to its title, it is Earworm by Laundry Day. Released on October 10, 2025, the record burrows into your mind and refuses to leave, filled with melodies that linger long after the music stops. Each song feels effortless yet carefully built, showcasing the band’s signature mix of charm, emotion, and playful experimentation. The album is vibrant and full of life, with catchy hooks and lush arrangements that remind listeners why Laundry Day has become one of the most interesting voices in modern indie pop. It is confident without being loud, polished without losing warmth, and manages to capture that feeling of youth colliding with maturity." - Ren's Record Room

Younger Than I Was Before

2023

"LAUNDRY DAY has released the second part of their fifth album Younger Than I Was Before, which continues their intense, long-winded rabbit hole that is their discography. The LD universe continues on this album, which has been released in its full and the 26-song tracklist stands at slightly over an hour, with over nine of the songs being skits alone, and making it their longest album to date.

LD is well recognized for their ever-changing sound and their deep connection with their hometown of New York City (to put it simply, they ride for New York), and the combination of both on their latest effort is nothing short of staggering." - Off the Record Press

We Switched Bodies

2022

"The members of Laundry Day may have just graduated high school in 2020, but their confidence suggests they’ve been doing this for years. Fully formed and ready to conquer the world, the NYC-based five-piece has arrived today (February 11th) with their major label debut album, We Switched Bodies.

Laundry Day seem to operate in any genre they can, switching seamlessly between hip-hop verses, boy band choruses, R&B crooning and high energy indie rock. We Switched Bodies is an ambitious mixture of their influences, but they pull it off like pros.

Not only have Laundry Day cut their teeth playing in some classic New York City venues and opening for The 1975 and Clairo, they’ve got friends, too: BROCKHAMPTON leader Kevin Abstract and producer Romil Hemnani worked on lead single “Did You Sleep Last Night,” and veteran rock producer Brendan O’Brien stepped in for a few tracks as well". - Consequence of Sound

LIGHT UP SHOES 2

2019

LIGHT UP SHOES 2 is a brilliant testament to LAUNDRY DAY's future. Generation after generation, we see a symbolic passing of the torch. As Tyler, the Creator and Kanye West served to mold the boys of BROCKHAMPTON, America's best boyband now has influenced the next generation of creators, and they are most definitely going to be making some noise over the next few years.

HOMESICK

2019

"I predict that if they keep it up, the world will receive them with open arms and embrace the new era of music that these boys are ushering in. I would highly recommend listening to this album, just know that you should be prepared for quite the emotional rollercoaster and a flooding of memories from your youth. This album is different from anything that I have ever heard before and I hope that you enjoy it as much as I do." - lynchgrace10 on TuneReview

Keep It Bright

2018

"The boys put on their summer hats for this record. Every thing about it screams beach, cool evenings, those June/July nights where you never want to go back to school. An early work, still finding our sound, but a solid addition to what was a small universe at the time that has found a way to stand the test of time" - Sawyer Nunes

Light Up Shoes

2018

"Before their first album Trumpet Boy had even been released, the LD boys began working on their next project. Not quite as extensive of an endeavor as Trumpet Boy, but more free and meandering. The boys collaborated with their friend and longtime partner Satchel Shure

Trumpet Boy

2018

“How old are these guys? 16?” I asked my wife what she was doing at 16, both of us having grown up in rural Pennsylvania. We gave a mutual sigh as we remembered back to our pre pubescent bong rips and trips to the local parking lot. Listening to Trumpet Boy made me nostalgic for what I wanted to be. A young creative thriving off of the energy of the biggest city in the world. The genre bending production mixed with the naive and innocent songwriting lends itself to a perfect storm of teen angst and discovery. LAUNDRY DAY have a long career ahead of them, and a lot of room to grow. But for these New York City teenagers, this is a freshman effort for the books. " - Henry Weingartner
